What an amazing opportunity to remind ourselves of what our key goals are and carry out some evaluation of our lifestyles. I find writing down notes in a journal helps with my focus. What is most important to you? What steps could I be taking to nudge me towards my goals. It is so important to remind ourselves that difficulty and discomfort are part of success; we should congratulate ourselves when we stay on a course we have reasoned is the right one despite difficulties and easier alternatives.

Allowing ourselves time to recharge is vital to achieving our potential though. Finding ways of deeply relaxing can allow our better thoughts to move to the surface. Once we find ourselves in a good state of mind we want to make the most of it in terms of learning and action.

Our lives are so short that we should set the highest standards for what we want to achieve. Is there any reason why we should procrastinate over decisions that can significantly elevate our lives?
